Named after a strategist, run like one
Kautilya — known as Chanakya — wrote the Arthashastra as a working manual for statecraft: read the situation, plan with intent, act with timing. We apply the same discipline to marketing.
Marketing needed a strategist's mindset
Most marketing gets treated as a list of tasks — post here, boost that, send an email on Friday. Digital ChanakyaNiti Marketing exists because we think that's backwards. A channel is a tool, not a strategy. We start with the business, the market, and the customer, and only then decide which tools earn a place in the plan.
The name is a promise about how we work: nothing goes live without a reason it belongs there.
Raja maṇḍala
The Arthashastra describes strategy as concentric circles — allies, rivals, and the wider field around them. We think about a brand's channels the same way: what's core, what supports it, and what's just noise.
Mission & approach
Mission
Give businesses a marketing plan they actually understand — where every channel has a job, every rupee has a reason, and every report says something true.
Approach
Diagnose before we plan, plan before we execute, and keep reading the results so the strategy stays current instead of going stale after month one.
Four ideas we don't compromise on
Strategy
A plan comes before a post.
Timing
The right moment beats the loudest voice.
Integrity
Honest numbers, even on a slow month.
Adaptability
The plan bends with the market, not against it.
